- Zetron provides brief digital survey to customer and partner/reseller (if applicable) to complete
- Zetron schedules a phone interview with customer contact and partner/reseller (if applicable)
- Zetron builds/writes a draft of the story based on information received
- Customer and partner review/edit/approve the draft
