About Zetron

Always on, always ready.

Zetron is a critical communications technology company providing integrated command & control solutions and services with legendary reliability & support.

An enduring leader in mission critical communications.

For 40 years , Zetron has been an established global leader in mission critical communications. Much has changed in the world of communications technology since we opened our doors in 1980, but what remains constant is our commitment to delivering the reliable connectivity our customers need, while never compromising quality and customer service.

Our beginnings were humble, as a small regional paging business with a single storefront in Issaquah, Washington. Today, we are a worldwide communications technology leader with customers on all seven continents that rely on Zetron solutions to serve hundreds of millions of people, every hour, every day, all year long.

In 2021, Zetron was acquired by Codan Limited and merged with the critical communications business of Codan Critical Communications, a Codan Limited portfolio company. The acquisition allows us to offer our customers an even wider array of solutions and services, ensuring that no matter their critical communications challenges, we can provide exactly what they need to be always on, always ready.

Zetron’s full portfolio of integrated IP-based solutions for next generation emergency call taking, dispatch, CAD, fire station alerting and other mission critical systems, combine to provide scalable, interoperable, and highly configurable communications capabilities across remote and geo-diverse operations. Zetron solutions are backed by project management, training, technical support and professional services, all widely recognized as industry best for technical expertise and responsiveness. A well-established worldwide network of partners, value-add resellers, system integrators and distributors further strengthens Zetron’s customer support ecosystem.

What really matters to us and our customers

With an 80+ year track record of solving our customers’ most important communications challenges, Zetron’s values are more than words. They embody a shared promise that guides our actions every single day. We do this by providing purpose-built solutions that are durable, reliable, high performing, and functionally resilient in even the most extreme conditions – alongside an unparalleled customer service experience. Our values reflect who we are and what we stand for.  They’re engrained in our culture. New employees are hired (or not) based heavily on an assessment of their ability to live and breathe them, while tenured employees are regularly encouraged and rewarded for exuding them. They’re core to the Zetron mission, and are not just relevant, but evident, to the very important customers we serve.
