Redmond, WA – September 1, 2021 – Zetron, a global leader in integrated mission critical communications technology, announced today the appointment of Dominick Passanante as Senior Vice President, Operations. In this new role, Passanante will oversee Zetron’s Integration Management Office (IMO), formed following the company’s recent acquisition by Codan Limited, to facilitate the subsequent merger of Zetron and Codan’s existing Critical Communications line of business. Additionally, the newly merged company’s Finance, Information Technology, International Operations and Manufacturing functions will also roll up to Passanante.
“We are extremely pleased Dominick has joined Zetron in this exceptionally important operations management position,” said Scott French, President of Zetron. “Dominick brings a rich and uniquely qualified skillset to this new role, with tremendous cross functional leadership experience in highly relatable organizations and markets.
