Requirements:

  • Firmware Flashing Software version 2.0.0 or later. 
  • MT-4E Radio Service Software (RSS4E) version 2.3.0 or later.

Upgrading Process Notes:

  • Latest updates can only be applied to firmware versions 2.0.0 and later.
  • Do not use an external USB hub for programming the radio.
  • Do not use a USB cable that is longer than 10 feet for programming the radio
