Daily schedules for classes at the factory are as follows:
MAX Call-Taking: 5 days, 8:00am - 4:00pm
MAX Dispatch: 4 days, 8:00am - 4:00pm
Series 3200: 3 days, 8:00am - 4:00pm
Series 3300 (requires Series 3200): 2 days, 8:00am - 4:00pm
Series 4000: 3 days, 8:00am - 4:00pm
Factory classes include theory and extensive hands-on practice. Trainees are expected to be present for the duration of the session. Trainees must complete all hands-on exercises and the written exam at the end of the session to be eligible for a certificate of completion. We recommend allowing at least 3 hours between the end of class and departing flights.
