Current production base station radios no longer provide the functionality required by the H.E.A.R. system. However, the newer MTR2000 and MASTR III base stations can be made compatible with the addition of a Zetron H.E.A.R. Decoder.
The Zetron H.E.A.R. Decoder adds the selective calling decode function to the base station. It monitors the radio channel(s) for the call codes sent from ambulances or other hospitals. When your hospital’s callcode is detected, it connects the audio to the remote control units thereby “connecting” the call.
- Compatible with existing H.E.A.R. systems
- Provides upgrade path to newer technology
- Prompts users when a call is received
- Compatible with MTR2000 and MASTR III base station radios
